Background Checks Resource

Our business used to only run employment background checks on existing employees until one day a light bulb went off and we thought what about the employees who are already working here we know nothing about them so we decided we needed to do a employee verification on new as well as existing employees if we didn’t we really could not say who had criminal records and who didn’t.  We have not let any existing employees go with criminal records but I would say we watch them a little closer.  For more information on this subject you can just go to reference.com.
