Background Checks Resource

For those interested I found a new blog for CrimeFinder at http://crime-finder.blogspot.com/. They have more information on this site specifically. They also do tenant background screening, cheap background checks, and dating criminal checks. The dating criminal check is really what interests me the most. There is a growing concern among me and my friends that the person we are dating may have a criminal past and we want to be sure it is not the case. In my opinion it’s worthwhile having the check done because for less than $20 I know I’m not dating a murderer, rapist, or thief. I’ve used http://www.crimefinder.com/ in the past and they have always been great. Luckily all of my past boyfriends have come up with NO RECORD which is a good thing! I dread the day when it comes back saying the he has a conviction of grand theft to something worse.

I am going to do a criminal check on all of my employees but after checking around they seem to be quite expensive.  These companies want sign up fees, monthly fees, yearly fees all I want is to do criminal background check on my employees once a year by the time I pay all their dues it is going to cost me a lot of money. I did finally find a website www.crimefinder.com that does them at a reasonable price with no signup, monthly, or yearly fees. These companies with these fees are a ripoff.

I know when I run credit report on a potential new tenant I get a credit score and a list of who they owe and how they pay etc. but what exactly do I get when I do criminal background check? Will this information tell me if they are a sex offender, a drunk or a thief? I did some research on the interned and came up with a company www.quickbackgroundchecks.com that says their criminal background checks do search for sex offenders, DWI’S and what they call larceny (which is laymans terms theft). I just ran my first search with them and it came back with a sex offender!! and his picture.

I hired this young man to work in the warehouse of our company, nice clean cut guy. I didn’t really care about his credit I figured it probably wasn’t that great any way but I did want to know if he had any kind of a criminal record. Employee check ran his criminal record and it turned out this guy was a druggie. He has all kinds of charges against him. I guess you never really know from their appearance employee background checks a good thing. I ran him through www.crimefinder.com I think there prices are a little cheaper. I won’t assume again. I am never going to hire anyone in the future without a criminal background check.

Man, I was about to rent one of my bedrooms to this guy who was a friend of a friend and just at the last minute I decided to run a criminal background check on him just to make SURE there was nothing he was hiding.  I have never run a tenant background check before but I had never leased out a bedroom before.  I registered on www.crimefinder.com and It came back this guy had been convicted of MURDER! Oh great, I was going to lease a room in my house to is guy.
