Background Checks Resource

I just got this contract to clean this office building here in Memphis. The profit on this contract is going to be slim. I had to cut it close to get the contract there were lots of folks bidding in it. Now I need to provide them with a criminal check on everyone I hire to do the job. I Googled employer background check and found this site www.crimefinder.com.  They seem to do employment checks pretty fast. I needed a felony and  misdemeanor report  on everyone for this cleaning job.  I ran a few reports this month they came back fast and were a lot cheaper than some I found on the internet.  This seems to be working out great.  FYI

I hired this young man to work in the warehouse of our company, nice clean cut guy. I didn’t really care about his credit I figured it probably wasn’t that great any way but I did want to know if he had any kind of a criminal record. Employee check ran his criminal record and it turned out this guy was a druggie. He has all kinds of charges against him. I guess you never really know from their appearance employee background checks a good thing. I ran him through www.crimefinder.com I think there prices are a little cheaper. I won’t assume again. I am never going to hire anyone in the future without a criminal background check.
