I found out from a friend on New Years Eve that you can check to see if anyone had ever been evicted before. You just run a  eviction search. I guess this is information from the courts where the evictions (or the legal term is forced entry and detention) are filed. I guess these are only the filings for eviction and if they pay up they are not actually evicted.
