I always do a tenant screening when they move in to make sure they do not have a problem on their tenant background check like drug problems or theft problems but that does not do much good as far as how they take care of the property.  I guess if they distroyed a property it might show up on their credit report anyway where do you draw the line as far as what you deduct for and not.
