You can now run a eviction search from www.quickbackgroundchecks.com to see if any one has ever been evicted.  How cool is that!! I don’t think this information was available a few years ago. You can search by state so if they have moved from one city to another no problem.  I would never rent to anyone who has been evicted I sure don’t want to be the next in line.  This may be the most important background check you can do in tenant screening.
