Criminal checks on employees
As a small business owner I think it is real important to do a employee background whenever I hire a new employee. I recently hired some new seasonal employees for the Christmas holiday season. You would be surprised what these employee background checks uncovered. Larceny which is theft which I do not want having a retail store with all kinds of things to steal from money to items in the store.
