Background Checks Resource

It seems my showings of my rental property have slowed down recently I guess because of the holidays. I usually some tenant screening every week. This past week I did not have any. I hope this is not a bad sign of the economy.  We always do tenant backgroundchecks before we lease to anyone I don’t care who you are, we want to know if they hava any kind of criminal record.
