Now it is almost time to send the kids back to school, anyone know where I can find a honest nanny to watch my kids after school? They will have to pass a criminal background check which may not be to easy now days. I have been looking on the internet for a online background check. I found this site www.crimefinder.com they say their records are almost instant. I tried to lookup instant background check on the BBB site but nothing came up. Any ideas out there?

I am going to do a criminal check on all of my employees but after checking around they seem to be quite expensive. These companies want sign up fees, monthly fees, yearly fees all I want is to do criminal background check on my employees once a year by the time I pay all their dues it is going to cost me a lot of money. I did finally find a website www.crimefinder.com that does them at a reasonable price with no signup, monthly, or yearly fees. These companies with these fees are a ripoff.

I found this cool website to check my criminal records www.crimefinder.com I don’t want to pay all these unnecessary fees for a criminal background check. I only do them occasionally so I don’t want to pay any monthly fees or signup fees. They say they do not charge any of these fees they only charge for the reports themselves. I only run maybe 5 a month these additional fees just run up the cost per report for a employment background check. They also seem to be a little cheaper than a lot of the other sites for there criminal background check.
What exactly comes up on a criminal background check?
I know when I run credit report on a potential new tenant I get a credit score and a list of who they owe and how they pay etc. but what exactly do I get when I do criminal background check? Will this information tell me if they are a sex offender, a drunk or a thief? I did some research on the interned and came up with a company www.quickbackgroundchecks.com that says their criminal background checks do search for sex offenders, DWI’S and what they call larceny (which is laymans terms theft). I just ran my first search with them and it came back with a sex offender!! and his picture.
Is eviction information avaliable to landlords?
I just found out today the company I use to run a criminal background check on my potential new tenants can also, much to my surprise, do a eviction search.How cool is that. I called customer service at www.instantbackgroundchecks.us and asked them where I could find this information because I did not want to rent to ANYONE that had been evicted by another landlord. I have been thinking about this a lot lately especially in this rental market. So if anyone out there is wondering about this eviction search it is available. Do DWI’S and DUI”S apprear on driving records
My insurance company is now requiring that we do a driving records on all of our employees every year. I was wondering if the DWI’S and DUI’S appear on driving records or do they just appear on criminal background checks? I have done MVR’S in the past and did not see any DWI’S so I was wondering if I needed to run both types of checks. I called customer support for www.instantbackgroundchecks.us they said they should appear on the driving records but it can vary by state law.

Man, I was about to rent one of my bedrooms to this guy who was a friend of a friend and just at the last minute I decided to run a criminal background check on him just to make SURE there was nothing he was hiding. I have never run a tenant background check before but I had never leased out a bedroom before. I registered on www.crimefinder.com and It came back this guy had been convicted of MURDER! Driving records and employee background checks
I have a small delivery business and am starting to wonder if the information on the MVR’S and criminal background check might be a duplication. I think they both have DWI’S and DUI’S. So I don’t know if I should be running both reports when I hire a new employee. My insurance does require a driving record for insurance purposes but I don’t think they care about the criminal background check. I think I checked with the MVR’S people www.instantbackgroundchecks.us and they say most people run both reports.
How do I know if someone has been evicted before
Did you ever want to know if someone has been evicted? Now you can run a eviction search to find that out. This search was not available a few years but it is now. I think they collect the information from the J P courts. One thing our company does is to run a criminal background check and a eviction search before we lease to someone. We have found several people who have been evicted when we thought they were just fine. You would be surprised. I think www.instantbackgroundchecks.us is good source to find this information out.
