Tenant screening to fill new foreclosures
I require a online background check for all new tenants in my properties. If they have nothing to hide police check should not be a problem. If they have a problem with running these there must be a problem in their past. I always try to obtain a copy of a picture ID before I run the online background check to make sure the information I am using is correct. It is also a good idea to look at the picture and just make sure it is them.
