I am a landlord in the Detroit area there is no way I could lease to anyone without a tenant credit check!! They would destroy my property never pay rent it would be a complete financial disaster. I always do a credit report and a criminal background check.  While searching the internet for a affordable company I found this company  www.quickbackgroundchecks.com. There prices seem reasonable and they do not have any sign-up fees. I think there credit report with the score is about $18.00 a bargain to keep out the deadbeats.
